Backyard golfing

Ever since Daniel got new golf clubs for his birthday(March 19) there has been a new interest in golf at our house. Saturday after the lawn was mowed we putted around a bit.
Addie getting a little assistance from someone who doesn't know anything.

Kennedy swinging her club the wrong way.
Jack using the wrong club all together. And yes, it is I the large one using the golf club more like a cane than anything. Daniel' s favorite picture is one he took of me swinging to hit the ball and my club is in the air and the ball is still on the grass. Needless to say our family will be keeping our game in the backyard for a long time!

Easter Weekend

Saturday we had perfect weather, which included 2 Easter egg hunts. One was at the church and the other at G&G Wolfley's house. We really had a wonderful day with our cousins and Grandparents.
Addison and Kennedy were so excited Saturday night because the Easter Bunny was going to come. I hadn't gotten a thing for them except the eggs and candy for the easter egg hunts we'd already went to that day. I haven't decided which to give the credit to, maybe it is my pregnant, lazy self but I couldn't bring myself to go to the store to buy more candy so that I could pick up more candy wrappers on the floor or to get more sweets so they could eat it in between meals and not eat any real food. But yes, I did it.... I told them there is no Easter bunny! I do feel a little remorse because they seem to grow up a little bit after they don't use their imagination on madeup things. I think they took it well.

Updates are here at last!

I am large with boy child #5 and often get mistaken for a Pillow! The kids take over our bed in the morning and guess who gets booted out!
Kennedy and Addison playing their usual helper's in the kitchen.
We did get snow and Addie was bound and determined to make a snowman and she did it all by herself!
We have so many wonderful blessings and hope you all find some joy from our small and simple life.

Christmas at G&G Beutler's house

Davis was a great shepherd

Kennedy was Mary so meek and mild.

Addison was our angel.

Jack played the part of Joseph, with a spoon.

Of course we needed the donkey for Mary to ride on and we thought Daniel made the perfect ass.
Put it all together and you got yourself one heck of a manger scene.

It's nice to know that during the holiday season that even Disney Pixar Cars come to see the Christ child.

Christmas morning mania
We had a wonderful Christmas is Utah. It was so nice to spend time with our family and to also have a very white Christmas.

Yeah, Kenny, you go first. Don't worry, I'll give you a good push.

Maybe a quick prayer for safety. If it works for Elders Quorum basketball it probably works for sledding.

A few pics of cookie craziness at Ammies house.

Aunt Whitney and Uncle Tyrell's Wedding

We went to Utah for Whitney's wedding on Dec. 19th. It was cold but a really nice day.

The Bountiful Temple is where we were married so it was a return to the scene of the crime.

Amazing what can happen in 8 years!
