Saturday we had perfect weather, which included 2 Easter egg hunts. One was at the church and the other at G&G Wolfley's house. We really had a wonderful day with our cousins and Grandparents.

Addison and Kennedy were so excited Saturday night because the Easter Bunny was going to come. I hadn't gotten a thing for them except the eggs and candy for the easter egg hunts we'd already went to that day. I haven't decided which to give the credit to, maybe it is my pregnant, lazy self but I couldn't bring myself to go to the store to buy more candy so that I could pick up more candy wrappers on the floor or to get more sweets so they could eat it in between meals and not eat any real food. But yes, I did it.... I told them there is no Easter bunny! I do feel a little remorse because they seem to grow up a little bit after they don't use their imagination on madeup things. I think they took it well.

We told ours the same thing, but then Bri followed it up with, "Now Santa Claus - that's a different story." The big liar.
It looks like you guys had a lot of fun, even with there being no Easter Bunny. :)
Millie brings up a good point, does Santa still exist at your house?
In a lot of ways, it's more fun when they "know" because then they can be a part of planning and helping. Cadi likes to be the helper to do Rori's stocking/basket/etc. :)
